Big party last night! So proud to be announced by as the Winner for Best Commercial Cookery Trainer 2023

It’s been a heartfelt decision to leave the hospitality life behind so this award really means a lot to me, it’s such a pleasure to be able to give back to the industry, while taking part in shaping the future.
