Mocktail of the Week ! - made with water not alcohol.
"Creamy Espresso Martini"
A rich & creamy take on the espresso martini – with parmesan cheese!

Ingredients
45 ml Pure Distilling Maria’s Coffee Top Up
60 ml Pure Distilling Irish Cream Top Up
30 ml Espresso
Garnish – Parmesan Cheese (highly reccomend)
Ice
Method
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
Add Irish Cream Top Up, Maria’s Coffee Top Up & espresso
Shake for about 30 seconds or until cold and frothy
Strain into a chilled martini glass
Garnish with parmesan cheese.

COCKTAIL OF THE WEEK - Butterscotch Old Fashioned🥃
A tasty butterscotch twist on a classic recipe.

Ingredients
60 ml Pure Distilling Butterscotch Top Up
45 ml Pure Distilling Kentucky Bourbon
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Orange peel (for garnish)
Ice
Method
Fill a rocks glass with ice.
Add in Butterscotch Top Up, Kentucky Bourbon and bitters.
Gently stir
Garnish with an orange peel and enjoy!

COCKTAIL OF THE WEEK - Kentucky Nut Frappe!
This little number is one of our favourites yet - it looks as good as it tastes 😋
A creamy, nutty coffee cocktail with a bourbon kick.
Ingredients
30 ml Pure Distilling Hazelnut Top Up
30 ml Pure Distilling Kentucky Bourbon
60 ml Cold brew/iced coffee
60 ml Milk or cream
Whipped cream & cocoa powder (for garnish)
Ice
Method
Fill a shaker with ice and add all ingredients
Shake well and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Top with whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa powder.

A delicious blend of coconut rum, cranberry juice & pineapple juice 😋
A tropical classic—refreshing and easy!

Ingredients
60 ml Pure Distilling Coconut Rum Top Up
50 ml Cranberry Juice
30 ml Pineapple Juice
Pineapple Slice (for garnish)
Ice
Method
Fill a highball glass with ice.
Pour Coconut Rum Top Up over the ice.
Top with pineapple juice and cranberry juice (in that order)
Garnish with a pineapple slice.
Gently stir and enjoy!

Happy Saturday! Why not treat yourself this weekend to an espresso martini with a creamy peanut butter kick?
The espresso martini with a peanut butter twist..

Ingredients
30 ml Pure Distilling Maria’s Coffee Top Up
30 ml Pure Distilling Peanut Butter Whiskey
30 ml Pure Distilling Pure Vodka
30 ml Espresso
Coffee beans and/or chopped peanuts (for garnish)
Ice
Method
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
Add the Pure Distilling Peanut Whiskey, Pure Vodka, Maria’s Coffee Top Up and Espresso.
Shake for about 30 seconds or until cold and frothy.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a few coffee beans and chopped peanut
