You don’t survive in a kitchen by being perfect, you survive by showing up. Burnt hands, sore feet, bad days, and you come back anyway.

The kitchen doesn’t care where you came from. It cares if you can keep up. And over time, it teaches you something no school ever could: Discipline. Grit. Respect. Timing. Brotherhood.

Before starting my business, most of my career has been in big hotels and boutique restaurants and about 70% of that time was on dessert sections. I often reminisce about the amazing creations we used to do!

5th is my foster daughter and 6th is my sisters. Grandma used to make a large cake and decorate it 4 ways. I decided to do the same this year.

We were there fri night catering a wedding for Ryan and Katelyn. Situated right at the base of Mount Remarkable.
Will definitely be going back one weekend for their pizzas, and the serenity!
