So excited to have been invited to host a Winter Wreath making workshop at the inaugural .festival in August! There will be other creatives including my friend for the longest of times, Jordy of who’ll be teaching sourdough making, fermentation and preserving.

I hope you all had a beautiful weekend whether you celebrated Mother’s Day or not. The weather has been so perfect, I honestly don’t know how I’m going to cope when this stunning autumn comes to an end 😭 I have a few workshops coming up as we enter and embrace winter so keep an eye out for details. When the brief requires you to use blue flowers and you see there is a blue dyed rose on the market so you order them but when you collect them they are very obviously not going to fit the brief because they are basically fluorescent and you have a laugh with all the florists at the market who see you with these blue roses on your trolly and think you’re mad for even considering using them and then someone you respect at says ‘I wouldn’t touch a dyed rose’ so you trust your gut, return the roses and opt for some preserved hydrangea instead 🫠🫠🫠 What a crazy couple of days! Still learning after all these years 🤓
