WOW, what a last day! and it now has come to an end which brings me to a sad goodbye…..👋 Farewell Monty Primary

To the beautiful children with their kind words on Friday, thank you and to all the parent’s beautiful messages❤️
It has truly been a wonderful 4 years and l have made such incredible relationships at this school and you will all be missed!! Thank you so much for supporting a small local business.

To Ali & Bianca, your support has been truly appreciative and it’s always been a pleasure seeing your smiling faces, your kindness was just warming, thank you ❤️
To Janene and the parent committee thank you for the opportunity to cater for Monty Primary, it’s been a wonderful experience.

To Louise Di Battista, where it all started, thank you for your guidance and knowledge in starting my catering business. Could not have done it without you ❤️❤️

Finally to the most important people who made this possible, my staff, my gorgeous girls ❤️❤️FOREVER grateful! your dedication, love and support has been above and beyond. We faced some difficult times with shortage of staff but we got through it as a team, we leaned on each other to support and get done what was needed. The beauty of my staff is that we could count on each other. We’ve had a great time working together, always having some fun no matter how crazy it would get at times. I am so blessed we have crossed paths and know our friendship will be long lived. Thank you

Dear Monty Primary Families & Carers,

As you may be aware, due to the upcoming renovations the canteen will be closing and the last day will be Friday 26 August.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the parents and children for their beautiful messages and kind words over the past couple weeks since hearing of the canteen closing. It has been truly a wonderful experience working at Monty Primary over the 4 years, meeting lots of gorgeous children and parents and the beautiful staff who have always been supportive. It will be greatly missed.

I have been asked whether I will continue catering for the canteen after the renovations however unfortunately the facilities will not be replaced.

We still have a couple of weeks left and I’m in the process of organising some fun treats for the children, and yes the minion cups will be back by popular demand!
If your child(ren) would like a particular treat or meal, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate it in the final weeks, including any special requirement meals which may not currently be on the menu😀 Please message or call anytime on 0412091777.

Today I had a couple of gorgeous children come and tell me that they “love the food at the canteen, it’s the best food!” it warms my heart to hear this feedback from the kids! ❤️
knowing all the effort my staff and I put in is all worthwhile and to see their smiling faces!

"Helping the Environment with friendly food packaging"

At Monty Canteen, did you know our takeaway cups with lids which are used for snack items are made from recycled plastic, including our snack boxes which are made with natural renewable sugarcane pulp. We are doing our bit to care about our environmental footprint.

All plastic cutlery currently used will soon cease and move towards being eco friendly cutlery.

Canteen at Monty Primary will be open this FRIDAY 4th FEB!

Looking forward to meeting the new Foundation students and saying Hello to all the other lovely students. I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas break and ready to start the new year!

I have added a few new items to the menu for Term 1:

Grazing Box - carrots, cucumber, dip, crackers, cheese & grapes

Meatball Cheesy Salsa Roll (warm)

Custard Cup with chunky banana

Throughout the Term other new items will be added.
