Been hearing about "Ready-Meals" and wondering whether to take the leap and give them a go? Or wondering whether it's better to just get take-away on those busy nights, or go for the cheap supermarket meals or get a "really good deal" on a big company ready-meal bundle?
Here's some points to stew over (pardon the pun) to help you make a decision that's right for you!
🍽 Pre-purchasing ready-meals saves you time without sacrificing quality.
👨🍳 Our meals are made by an actual chef with 25 years experience, not a machine with a computer program. His name is Glen.
🍗 Our meals are 350-550g per serve, compared to supermarket and large providers which are mostly 300-350g, meaning some people will need to 2 serves just to be full, or will still need to make something else just to be satisfied, completely defeating the purpose of a convenience ready-meal....
🥘 Small batches mean we can actually taste everything, and Sophie tests EVERYTHING. She says it's for quality control...
🫕 Reheats better than takeaway -Takeaway often goes soggy or weird; good ready meals are designed to reheat perfectly.
🍜 Real ingredients you'd recognize in your own kitchen - No code numbers, no mystery powders, no preservatives for better shelf life.
🍛 Cheaper than eating out, better than cooking tired.
🍲 Supporting local, not a corporation - not just us but all the local farms and shops we get our ingredients from.
🧂 Freezer-friendly options for backup meals- Life gets chaotic and having something good in the freezer is insurance!
🍽️Dietary requirements actually handled properly - everything on our menu can be made GF, and always plenty of veg options.
🥗 We deliver fresh food - which means we can also offer salads and other items the big companies can't because they only do frozen meals.
🍅 Seasonal menus mean you're eating things at their best, and keeps things interesting and ever changing!
💲 The big companies offer amazing meal bundles for your first week - but those deals run out quickly and are very deceiving - their meal sizes are smaller and the deals are short lived. Small businesses like us can't offer such discounts, we rely on our quality and customer satisfaction to make a living, so you know we're going to do a good job!
