🌿✨ Why Ritual & Reiki Feel Like Remembering ✨🌿
When I think about ritual and Reiki, I don’t experience them as techniques or tools. I experience them as conditions.
Conditions that allow the nervous system to soften.
Conditions that invite the body to speak.
Conditions where intuition feels safe to return.
In a world that has often asked both women and horses to override their instincts, ritual becomes a quiet act of reclamation.
Not something dramatic or performative
but something simple, intentional, and steady.
Lighting a candle.
Placing a single flower in a bud vase.
Standing quietly near a horse.
Resting hands on the body with presence and care.
These moments ask nothing of us except to arrive.
Reiki, for me, has always felt less like “doing” and more like listening. Listening to subtle shifts.
To breath.
To sensation.
To what wants to move or be held.
It mirrors what horses offer so naturally…presence without agenda.
And ritual especially earth-based, seasonal ritual creates a container where this listening is possible. Where the body doesn’t need to explain itself. Where intuition doesn’t need to justify itself.
This is why these practices matter to me.
They don’t promise transformation.
They invite remembering.
A remembering of softness.
A remembering of inner rhythm.
A remembering that healing doesn’t always come from effort but from being met with gentleness.
This is the energy behind the path I’ve walked and am now sharing with you.
Not instruction.
Not authority.
Just space.
Just presence.
Just an invitation to return to what already lives within you. 🌿✨
