One of the reasons couples love Midginbil is our self-catered reception. You’re free to bring your own drinks for the entire weekend and choose your own Saturday night caterer, and we take care of the rest.

I am OBSESSED with how this one turned out!! This incredible hot pink fringe installation, the disco ball details and the most colourful table setting… every single detail is pure MAGIC!

A whole lot of fun, a whole lot of colour and a whole lot of WOW! 😍💗

And sometimes I have to pinch myself… HARD TO BELIEVE this is all created by little old me… a ONE WOMAN SHOW! 😂🙋‍♀️

I absolutely LOVE what I do, and creating moments like this is what it’s all about!

FED AND WATERED 🍽️

Did you know Midginbil offers a Friday Night Welcome Dinner for you and your guests? Kick off the weekend with a barbecue in the undercover area at our homestead, without having to worry about grocery lists, cooking facilities and logistics!

Our guest meal package covers the Friday dinner, cooked breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday, plus a light lunch before the ceremony, so everyone’s well fuelled for the big day. Other meals are available on request.

Who said the fun has to stops after the last song finishes?

Recovery day is quickly becoming a staple favourite at Midginbil. With no rushed check out required, Sunday morning can start slow with recovery brunch — then the real fun begins.

A few crowd favourites from recent weddings:
🎾 Tennis & Tequila – in whites, of course!
🏊 Pool party
🧺 Picnics and lawn games on the grass (with b**r pong for the party animals)
🍻 Heading into Mount Warning Hotel in Uki for Sunday lunch — live bands, cold drinks, with a 20-seater courtesy bus that can pick guests up and drop them home again. Win Win!
