A mummy of two little girls and my little boy, I love baking and started making cakes for family and friends. I was quickly asked to make cakes for other events, and so it started, more and more people were asking me for my special cakes!

Love this 2 tier cake I made for my sister in laws birthday last week.
I used the invitation as inspiration and added macarons of course 😍
Covered in white chocolate ganache in this heat we’re having here in London, much more stable for a cake that’s on display!

Whipped egg whites!!
Did you know that the consistency for whipped egg whites depends on what you want to make / bake?
Macarons for example are so temperamental the consistency has to be exact - so precise that I actually time the whipping of my egg whites so that they always have the right consistent peak.
Do you do this?

Hi everyone, I’ve was closed over Christmas & New year as I went away to Thailand & Vietnam with my family.
I managed to make a whopping 200 of these MacaNuts before I left!! They were tried and tested by me and friends to make sure that a frozen MacaNut whether it be 5 days or 2-3 weeks tastes absolutely perfect when defrosted!! So this was the option for my customers and it worked out amazing!!
Currently making a batch of these MacaNuts today! Did you know you can purchase them all year round? 😉
