Started before sunrise with Kharadar Beef Biryani and my special Khoya Zarda, spent all day putting this reel together, and ended the day with a review that made my day. Alhamdulillah. ❤️

It was an honour for Mifaz Kitchen to be the official catering sponsor for the distinguished guests at the Pakistani Mango & Multicultural Food Festival 2026.

Representing Pakistan’s flavours and hospitality while serving distinguished guests, including the Premier of Victoria, was a moment we’ll always cherish.

We were humbled to partner with the Consulate General of Pakistan in Melbourne in showcasing Pakistan’s hospitality at this beautiful multicultural celebration.
