White Knight Events had the honour of once again working alongside The Otis Foundation to bring The 2025 Otis Ball to life.

With 431 wonderful guests in the room, an incredible $400,000+ was raised to support those affected by breast cancer; helping Otis continue to provide free respite breaks away for individuals and families in need.

It was a privilege to collaborate with the Otis team on such a meaningful milestone, celebrating 25 years of this incredible charity.

From lost instruments to last-minute AV workarounds, the Mallee Ball threw us a few curveballs. But with quick thinking, calm heads, and an incredible team effort, the night came together beautifully.

We’re so proud to have produced the Royal Flying Doctor Service Victoria’s "most successful event on record", raising vital funds to support their life-saving work in rural and remote communities.

It was a night full of heart, purpose, and unforgettable moments (cue: the entire room dancing to Eagle Rock with Ross Wilson, whose gear, we’re happy to report, arrived just in time!).

To the RFDS team, our incredible stakeholders, and everyone who contributed, thank you for trusting White Knight Events to bring this vision to life.
