Time for an update on the re-luanch of RoJoCo

Since my post about wanting workers the other week, which had an amazing response btw, with the help of the amazing Ms Bella Saw as my new operations manager, things have kicked off 3 times more and 5 times faster than I could ever have expected:
Next Tuesday I have 4 crews with 17 people, all up, in overlapping shifts! Next week I have 11 different jobs with a total of 38 individual shifts filled adding up to a total of about 350 man-hours!!! And that's without having ANYTHING at all booked from Thursday till the second week of august!
My team has already grown to over 35 people and we have around ten clients sending us labor requests!

Thankyou ever so kindly to everyone who's believed in and supported me to this point - in the near future I hope to achieve amazing things with the awesome team I'm building. WATCH......THIS......SPACE.....!!!! RoJoCo lives again!!!

Ok, so about time for an update: After a bit of a pause for pre winter tasks like cutting firewood and heaps of mowing - sooo much mowing! we've finally made a start on the lighting and electrics. The diagrams and conduit mapping was an absolute nightmare!! Getting some other small bits sorted and we scored a nice as second hand kitchen last week. (Don't worry: we're not using the classic 90's bench top!)😝😂

*UPDATE* - Mountain Timber have found their error and called me to amend the situation. Faith in their services restored!!

So, got a little further today. Got stuck on the phone for a couple of hours trying to work out what happened to just under $700 worth of framing timber that never got delivered!! I would NOT advise purchasing anything from Mountain Timber, in Croydon, Victoria - not only did they get my order wrong by over 150 lineal metres, but they basically accused me of stealing my own timber and hung up on me when I rang to enquire about it! Apparently we gotta pay for it again!! WTAF?!!

And onto the next stage of the shed build - Ron's unit!! We got windows, doors, insulation and some of the kitchen. With 2 tons of framing timber turning up tomorrow we'll be making a start on the unit by the end of the week!! The end of the tunnel is in sight!!
