What an absolute privilege it was to dine at this week and chat with the amazing chef, person that is .
A true champion of Bush food, native Australian Amazingness and acknowledges it in its purest form.
Simple, delicate yet mind blowing. The whole dining experience is curated by Ben's touch with handmade ceramics and artworks that hang, to bring the whole experience together to respect the food, culture and land from which it comes.
