This is what a South Indian feast looks like, freshly made for 15. 🌿

Sundal tossed with coconut, golden paruppu vadai, sweet sakkarai pongal with cashews and raisins, soft podi idlis, and coconut rice tempered with curry leaves and chilli.

No onion, no garlic, all made fresh that morning, the way it's meant to be for the occasion.

This is the food we grew up on, cooked with the same care it deserves.

I write the menu on Sunday and cook it the day it goes out.

No commissary, no freezer backlog, no fifty portions of the same curry waiting for a customer.

If it is on the list this week, I am making it this week.

That is the whole model. Small batches, one kitchen, my hands.

There’s something special about cooking food that feels like home. ❤️

This Ganesh Chaturthi, our kitchen has been full of the beautiful kind of chaos preparing traditional pooja food, packing box after box, and sending a little piece of home to families celebrating today.

From Paruppu Vadai and Podi Idlis to Coconut Rice and Puliyodarai, every dish was made without onion and garlic, just the way it’s traditionally prepared for the occasion.

Recipes passed down, flavours that bring back memories, and food that becomes part of someone else’s celebration.
