TOASTA Food Truck has been involved in the mobile catering industry for many years. We have a position available for a Cook/chef within our amazing team. You would be required to work at this seasons calendar of events which includes: Music Festivals, Pop-up Food festivals, Rip curl pro Bells beach, Private parties and weddings.

A successful applicant would meet the following requirements:
• Available on Friday nights/Weekends (NOT ALL DAYS REQUIRED)
• Willing to Travel (expenses paid)
• Clean appearance and well presented
• Exceptional work ethic and reliability
• Willing to Learn and follow instructions
• Able to handle the pressure and intensity of a busy kitchen service
• An understanding of Food Safety and handling
• Work as a team and communicate with others


Extra skills (preferred but not essential)
• Australian Drivers Licence and own transport
• Responsible serving of Alcohol certificate
• Food Handling Certificate
• Previous experience in Hospitality (Kitchen)
• between from 15-30 hours per week with opportunity to increase.

About the job:
- Good pay (above award) Negotiable per applicant’s skills.
- Involves some Food prep shifts and service periods in our food trucks
- Fun crew to work with, and great workplace culture.
- Variety of jobs within the role / no day is the same!
