Coals are spread and cook is done for tonight. Oven ready to rest and stay warm for tomorrows function. Thank you Rachel for having us be part of your 50th celebration. Back to kitchen to wash up and reload so we can do it all again tomorrow.

December is almost fully booked. We have some corporate dates available and bookings for 2022 have already started!!!
