We’re excited to be part of the Moomba Parade for the first time! 🇲🇽🎉
Mexbourne and MexVic have teamed up to bring the Mexican community together to create a colourful contingent, and we couldn’t be prouder to represent our beloved Mexico!
Come along and cheer us on as we bring the colours, music, and joy of Mexico to the streets of Melbourne. Seeing our friends, families, and community along the route would mean the world to us!

📍 The parade starts at the Shrine of Remembrance, travels along Birdwood Avenue, and finishes at Linlithgow Avenue.

Este lunes 9 de marzo, durante el Labour Day Long Weekend, tenemos una oportunidad increíble: representar a México en el desfile de Moomba, ¡el festival multicultural más grande de Victoria! 🌎🎶
Buscamos personas con ganas de celebrar nuestra cultura, llenar las calles de color, música y alegría, y mostrar con orgullo nuestras tradiciones. 💃🕺
Habrá un par de ensayos durante Febrero, obligatorios, porque queremos brillar como se merece.
Si amas México, te gusta ser parte de una comunidad vibrante y quieres vivir una experiencia única… ¡este desfile es para ti!

Hey Canberra, we are coming back! Mexbourne is excited to return to the .festival, and we couldn’t think of a better way to kick off our first event of 2026, we’re starting the year with a bang! 💃✨
From Melbourne to the capital, we’re bringing the colour, rhythm and joy of Mexican folklore to the heart of this incredible celebration. Sharing and showcasing our culture on such a vibrant, multicultural stage is always an honour, and we can’t wait to dance with you again.
