This is me!

With the launch of my brand spanking new website last month, it was also time to refresh some images of yours truly!

Whilst I may not exactly ‘look’ like a celebrant ready to marry someone here , this image by the amazing really captures the essence of exactly who I am. Happy, smiley, relaxed, fun loving.

Having notched up 11 years of experience in the celebrant world last week, I’m proud to say my heart still races before every wedding - so excited for what’s about to unfold.

10 YEARS TODAY!!

What started as a way to get back into the workforce and be my own boss, having been a stay-at-home Mum for so many years, sees me celebrate a milestone today that I’m incredibly proud of. Ten years ago came that all important and long awaited letter that allowed me to begin this incredible celebrant ride!

A decade of meeting and marrying amazing, loved-up, beautiful couples, and befriending so many wonderful wedding suppliers and vendors along the way - many of whom have become good friends. Ten years of creating and crafting ceremonies that I hope have stayed with my couples long after their wedding day finished - perhaps not the words so much, but the way I made them feel.

It’s also been a decade that has seen me support and guide hundreds of grieving families, and explore my own capabilities, strengths, and limitations - none of which I could’ve done without the belief, support, wise words and encouragement of those closest to me.

Never in my wildest dreams, could I ever have imagined, that the celebrant path I set out on would’ve filled me with so much joy and gratitude for the job and for the incredible people it’s allowed me to meet and help, all the while teaching me so much about life and love.
