CEO & Creative Director Nancy Princi is a trusted and known quantity when it comes to hospitality and event marketing with years of experience creating milestone moments and memorable experiences through her catering and events. She is known for going above and beyond for her clients with delicious fare and seamless attention to detail that allows you and your guests to sit back relax, enjoy and party.
So where did it all begin - flash back to 1996 Nancy was known amongst friends as a pretty savvy business woman but also for her passion about cooking and the art of beautiful entertaining. More and more friends would have her head up their party from food to entertainment. As she progressed with bigger numbers and more requests she attended Swinburne University in 1999 to obtain her formal qualifications in Commercial Cookery. It wasn't long after combining these precision skills & credentials that Nancy became a Restaurant Owner, respected Melbourne Chef & healthy fresh food advocate. After years of hands-on practical experience she developed a wide and diverse community of customers and events networking. The idea to run a full service Entertainment, Hospitality and Events Company was formed and Nancy developed the core values and business plan of the Brand Glam City Events Australia (GCE) which was successfully launched in 2007.
Nancy has a welcoming and positive personality and it is this honest style that gives GCE its essence and longevity. By keeping it ‘fresh’ and authentic GCE continues to evolve and grow through the decades. With new services and departments by the GCE Team covering Event Management, Life Celebration Activations, GCE Floristry, GCE Bakery, Marketing and Product Management, Public Relations & Media communications. We haven't forgotten about family and community we are dedicated to supporting local communities, cultural organisations and Not For Profit organisations with GCE expertise in support of their missions and dedication in helping those who need it most.
In 2003 - opened her doors to new restaurant Narlis On Castella, it was also no secret Nancy loved her music and entertained patrons with some of the biggest and best bands in town. 2004 - 2008 Contracted catering to the beautiful traditional West St Kilda RSL and hosted Weddings, special occasions for celebrities and socialites of Melbourne, Nancy has worked with a team of up to 20+ In 2007 after a health scare and break she closed the doors to her much loved Narlis 2007 - Glam City Events . the new innovative Events and Catering company was created in Australia and Worldwide launch 2012 complete with a Music Promotions Company Global Onslaught Australia TODAY ...Your one stop shop and creative concierge!
