For our 4th installment of Curated by Common Tribe mix series, Ish Anja meticulously performs a mix that seamlessly blends darker tones with a signature combination of gritty and melodic sounds while showcasing a penchant for vocals.

Towards the conclusion of the mix, Ish Anja introduced two original compositions, each contributing to the distinctive narrative of the overall experience. The first, ‘Ashes of my Aura,’ remains an unreleased gem, providing an exclusive glimpse into Ish’s unrevealed repertoire. Closing the mix on a groovy note, Ish Anja unveiled ‘Wake Up To Remember,’ a recently released track featured on X&Y Records. Welcome to the cutting-edge sounds of X&Y’s latest mix series, meticulously curated by Melbourne’s renowned Techno duo, . Each week brings a special treat as Common Tribe invites renowned guest artists to join this season’s X&Y Podcast Series.

Starting off with DJ Prenda for episode 1, hailing from Ireland, grew up immersed in the thriving Techno and Rave scene of the 90s and 00s, with a special affinity for the Reactivate album series. Introduced to DJing through a friend, they honed their skills on vinyl from the UK.

After a brief hiatus upon moving to Australia in 2012, DJ Prenda recently reignited their passion for music. Their diverse musical taste spans Techno, Melodic, and Trance, but they’re known for their signature hard-hitting Techno style, evident in their extensive Soundcloud uploads.
