UPDATE FROM J&L!

For the last 1.5 years, I have been J&L Entertainment, and J&L Entertainment has been me — event wrangler, videographer, theatre tech, performer, and all-round arts hustler. I’m so proud of what I and my team have achieved!
But I’ve learned that freelancing full-time was starting to strip the joy out of the things I love most. Burnout was creeping in, and I don’t want to lose that spark.
So hear this…
J&L IS STILL GOING STRONG! 🤍🖤
I’m still available to clients and regulars. You’ll still see me as Basil Fawlty, in piano bars, and hosting events — just at a more sustainable pace.
Where I’m putting my energy now is “J&L PRESENTS” — immersive theatre in non-traditional spaces. After our Comedy Festival show earlier this year, I’m so excited for what’s coming next so WATCH THIS SPACE!
NEW NEWS. I’ve started full-time as an AV and Theatrical Technician at Ruyton Girls’ School in their brand new Verrocchi Performing Arts Centre!
1.5 years of study at RMIT and freelance learning has led to this, and I’m so ready!
Huge thank you to everyone who supported me, hired me, and taught me along the way — especially the team and Moving Light Productions Jase Bovaird You made me feel at home.
“J&L Entertainment” isn’t going anywhere. Just evolving.
