Did you know that so many large coffee companies are owned by overseas conglomerates?
We use local Martin St Coffee in Blackwood (just past Trentham) for our blends. Martin St Coffee say - The planet is important to us so we chose the beans ourselves, searching for family growers using sustainable, eco-friendly growing methods. Our speciality is small-batch roasting, using fluid-bed air-roasting technology, guaranteeing consistent blends where every bean reaches its full potential. Our coffee is always smooth and delicious and never, ever bitter.
