Hi All,
A message to all current and future clients in regards to the Corona Virus/COVID-19
As we are all aware, of the new implementations of a ban on ‘all non-essential indoor gatherings of more than 100 people’. There is also a ban on ‘all non-essential gatherings outdoors of more than 500 people.’. This is expected to remain until September 2020, indefinitely (hopefully less 🤞)
The safety and health of our teams/suppliers and clients come first and foremost.
It is a tough and stressful few months ahead and we endeavour to work with you to ensure we are doing all that is possible to keep things as scheduled.
As a sole-trader, I have had no Government support in any way, shape or form so I'm trying my very best to work through unprecedented restrictions. This is particularly frustrating considering for some of us, it's our only line of work.
I understand and empathise that these new measures will significantly impact the events and entertainment industry, and in turn may put your celebrations into jeopardy. As such, I would like to provide further clarification and assistance.
CURRENT & FUTURE BOOKINGS:
Business will be running as usual and all confirmed bookings will be honoured. I will continue to take new bookings until further recommendations/policies supplied by Health Authorities and the Federal Government are being put into place.
CHANGES
If your event has more than 100 indoor guests and you need to postpone and reschedule your event to a later date, please contact me ASAP to discuss options and date availabilities.
ALTERNATIVE OPTION
If your event has more than 100 indoor guests, but less than 500 indoor guests, you may wish to consider hosting an outdoor Wedding party at a location/venue of your choice. Whilst this may be unconventional, it is an option that can be considered if you want your date to remain.
SAFETY/HYGIENE:
All of my equipment is cleaned after every event and the safety/hygiene of anyone will not be compromised. As per normal, I will not tolerate guests sharing the mic around or touching my equipment without permission. If I become ill, a suitable replacement will be provided, and my professional and high standard of work will not be compromised.
