FGB’s biggest news ever! 🎈🎂 🌞 🌈

I’m not sure if it’s really properly sunk in yet, but I’ve got the most exciting news ever to share with you and it’s got to do with the best party shop ever … at the end of the week, I will be the new owner of Poppies for Grace

Sara & Lani, the owners, creators & original joy makers of Poppies for Grace have been a huge inspiration to me for a very long time. I’ve been following their fun filled journey since the very beginning of Poppies almost 20 years ago, so when they approached me to see if I could picture Poppies in my future, it was the biggest ‘pinch me’ moment of my life and an absolute dream come true!

What Lani & Sara have created is so incredible & they have been so kind in teaching me all they know over the past month. I wish them all the very best in their new adventures next year & thank them deeply for the best gift I’ve ever been given.

My passion for colour & parties is not something I can hide & I’m sure you all know that everything about Poppies just suits me down to a tee! I cannot wait to spend my days in the joy filled wonderland that is Poppies and continue to move it forward & upward on its joyful & colourful journey as Australia’s most loved & respected party brand.

I know you’ll be asking though … what will that mean for Frog, Goose & Bear going forward?

FGB will just be on hold for a short while as we take our time to find our feet & get settled in to FGB’s new home within Poppies for Grace.

It’s a great way for kids to be involved in the party prep!

Like all of our images (drawn by our in house artist, Goose) these images are also available as temporary tattoos & colouring pages for party activities, badges for party favours and cupcake toppers to decorate your food of choice!

We can even use the same images to build party activities for you, like ‘Pin the Pom Pom on the Shoe’ for example.

Perfect for pink loving party peeps! 💖

I remember when Goose was quite young, whenever she was asked her favourite colour, the answer regularly changed, but she would never say pink.

Years later she told me that actually pink had always been her favourite colour but, the rebel in her wouldn’t admit it. All of her friends loved pink & people often expect young girls to choose pink as their favourite colour & she really didn’t want to be the same as everyone else! She’s always had a strong desire to be different!

Thankfully she learned to embrace her true self, regardless of if others liked pink too. There’s plenty of pink to go around! 🩷🌸

Yes, I actually love having a child who doesn’t want to follow along with the norm & wants to be unique … but of course never just for the sake of being different, but for being confident enough to honour your true self.
