Last week, Lily and Miho were on the ground in Japan for our client Cresta. Between event days, they met the local partners and venues we’ll be working with in November.

THE CHALLENGE
Launching a brand into a new market meant making the right first impression. MCO had four weeks to bring live product demonstrations, a formal ceremony and guest engagement together in one event.

Meet the newest face at MCO Events, Miho! 🌏

And she’s certainly not easing into it.

This week, Miho and Lily are heading to Japan to deliver for our clients on the ground in Tokyo.

Miho joins us as Event Manager, bringing experience across corporate events, expos, operations and logistics, with an international perspective that fits where MCO is heading.

With experience living across the US, Japan and Mexico, Miho speaks English, Japanese and Spanish. Having a multilingual event lead who understands different cultures, markets and ways of working is already adding another layer to how we support our international clients.

She’s calm, capable and very good at keeping a lot of moving pieces moving in the right direction, which, in events, is basically the job description.

As MCO continues to grow across Australia and internationally, it’s exciting to have Miho joining us for the next chapter.

First stop, Tokyo. 🇯🇵
