An exciting opportunity exists for beginner to experienced enthusiastic and proactive technicians to join our technical team.
The role is responsible for the efficient delivery, installation, operation and removal of audiovisual and event staging equipment required to run events of all sizes and complexities.
The successful candidate will be required to set up, operate and pack down equipment used in live events, such as DJ setups, lighting and sound mixing equipment, microphones, video recorders and projectors.
We operate in a corporate-like environment that provides a very safe, enjoyable and friendly workplace.
Essential Criteria:
• Technical knowledge in DJ, audio or lighting equipment (advantageous)
• Experienced in the setup, operation and troubleshooting of equipment (advantageous)
• Ability to use effective communication skills, maintain presentation and appearance in a manner that meets a corporate environment and cooperate with venue management.
• Ability to comply with safety requirements and maintain a safe & clean working environment.
• Be customer service focused, professional, highly enthusiastic and self-motivated without supervision.
• Be fit, healthy, reliable and willing to work late hours.
• Weekend availability is a must with opportunities for additional shifts during the week.
The Successful Applicant will have:
