TEA ROOM // Jay from hosted our first 2025 event last night diving deeper into Chablis.

'Chablis Deep Dive' was a night of showcasing the beauty of this sophisticated wine - guests tasted 7 different drops, got an insight into the meaning of minerality and enjoyed different small plates throughout the evening (Jay even dressed up as a fossil for the occasion).
