We wanted to create an experience that really celebrates the best of Victorian produce. The proteins are the heroes on the plate. Every dish has its own sauce that we make in-house. Some of those sauces take days to prepare, but you can’t rush a quality sauce.

The Australian Strength Sports Expo is a showcase of human potential. Featuring powerlifting, weightlifting, strongman and arm wrestling, this is an event you won't want to miss.

Key events:
Powerlifting: The APL National Championships is the premier event on the Australian powerlifting calendar. Bringing together elite lifters and enthusiastic supporters, this event is a must-see for any strength sports fan.

Strongman: The Winter City Showdown is an exciting showcase of the sport of strongman. Hosted by Iron Revolution gym and Australia's Strongest, this event is not to be missed.
