Yes, it's only October. But between client wrap-ups, setting up for 2027, kids' concerts, and all the end-of-year activities, the break is closer than it feels.

Seven years of Virtuellie

Last month Virtuellie quietly turned seven (Ellie's favourite number), and we didn't even stop to celebrate.

Which says a lot, really. It's the same thing we see in so many business owners: so busy looking after clients, team, and family that their own business gets whatever's left over.

Over the past year or so, while Virtuellie kept supporting our clients, our founder, Ellie took her own advice. She slowed down, took a proper look at the business, and got clear on what she wants the next chapter to look like.

And that experience is something she'll bring to every client she works with. Because the best advice and support comes from someone who's been there, right?

Since 2019, Virtuellie has helped business owners across Australia get the behind-the-scenes side of their business running smoothly, so it doesn't all sit on their shoulders. That's not changing. How we do it is evolving, and we can't wait to share more soon.

The festive season is a chance to share kindness and make a real difference, sometimes the most meaningful gifts aren’t wrapped at all.

This year, instead of sending physical gifts to our clients and team, we chose to donate to a special charity close to our hearts, TRK Care.

On this Christmas Eve, as we gather with loved ones, it’s a beautiful time to reflect on how we can help others feel supported and seen.

Yesterday, I'll be honest I was a little emotional as I signed off this Zoom.

The 2025 farewell with our thriving women community.

What can I say the last two years in TW has been such an experience both professionally and personally.

super powers is to bring the right people together to do amazeballs magic together.

In 2026 I am taking a pause from TW which makes me a little sad but also so excited to see what magic the ladies make together next year.

It isn't good bye just see you soon, and thank you too all the TW over the last two years.

🎂 Happy Biz Birthday to Virtuellie! 🎂

This month marks another trip around the sun for the business. Since 2019, Virtuellie has been all about supporting clients, building trust, and showing up for each other, no matter how big or small the win or challenge.

There have been highs (like winning awards and finding my tribe) and plenty of lessons along the way. If I’ve learned anything, it’s that growth comes from stepping outside your comfort zone and remembering your “why” when things get tough.

Jumping on the AI conversation for a moment, with a real-world story.

I recently contacted a catering supplier I’ve always relied on for their personal touch, helpful, attentive, always making me feel like a valued customer.

This time, instead of the wonderful and appreciated advice I expected, I was sent a link to their “ChatGPT lunchbox suggestions” bot.

It wasn’t about getting the “right answer” to my question based on big changes to our usual order, but about feeling heard and appreciated as a loyal client.

Instead, I walked away feeling like just another transaction, unseen and a bit undervalued.
