The festive season is a chance to share kindness and make a real difference, sometimes the most meaningful gifts aren’t wrapped at all.

This year, instead of sending physical gifts to our clients and team, we chose to donate to a special charity close to our hearts, TRK Care.

On this Christmas Eve, as we gather with loved ones, it’s a beautiful time to reflect on how we can help others feel supported and seen.

At TRK Care, children in foster care receive a TRK Care Pack through Australian Foster Agencies. Each pack includes thoughtfully selected products that nurture children’s emotional well-being and provide comfort when it’s needed most.

Yesterday, I'll be honest I was a little emotional as I signed off this Zoom.

The 2025 farewell with our thriving women community.

What can I say the last two years in TW has been such an experience both professionally and personally.

super powers is to bring the right people together to do amazeballs magic together.

In 2026 I am taking a pause from TW which makes me a little sad but also so excited to see what magic the ladies make together next year.

It isn't good bye just see you soon, and thank you too all the TW over the last two years.

🎂 Happy Biz Birthday to Virtuellie! 🎂

This month marks another trip around the sun for the business. Since 2019, Virtuellie has been all about supporting clients, building trust, and showing up for each other, no matter how big or small the win or challenge.

There have been highs (like winning awards and finding my tribe) and plenty of lessons along the way. If I’ve learned anything, it’s that growth comes from stepping outside your comfort zone and remembering your “why” when things get tough.

Thank you to my clients, team, community, and family, you’re the reason Virtuellie is what it is today.

Here’s to more wins, more growth, and a future full of new adventures.

Jumping on the AI conversation for a moment, with a real-world story.

I recently contacted a catering supplier I’ve always relied on for their personal touch, helpful, attentive, always making me feel like a valued customer.

This time, instead of the wonderful and appreciated advice I expected, I was sent a link to their “ChatGPT lunchbox suggestions” bot.

It wasn’t about getting the “right answer” to my question based on big changes to our usual order, but about feeling heard and appreciated as a loyal client.

Instead, I walked away feeling like just another transaction, unseen and a bit undervalued.

After conference-filled days last week, I got home late (and tired!) to a food box of leftovers and this sweet love note from my youngest.

The funny (and heart-tugging) bit? Ten minutes after I’d left on Sunday as I headed to the conference, he messaged to say he missed me, with a full sad-face emoji.

Some weeks, work gets more of me; sometimes, it’s all about home. It’s just how those scales swing.

But coming home to this kind of love, that’s why I do it all.

Decided to use what’s already in my makeup cupboard (no new skincare for me!), and finally tried these gorgeous Awe Cosmeceuticals serums from an event goodie bag.

Small businesses aren’t built on algorithms; they’re built on trust, real relationships, and the voices of happy clients.

The tricky part? Even when clients are genuinely happy, getting reviews or testimonials can be a real challenge. Life gets in the way, and before you know it, that promise of “I’ll do a review soon!” just disappears into the to-do list.

But those two minutes it takes to share a quick testimonial or Google review, it truly matters. Not just for our business growth, but because it helps others trust us, gives our team a boost, and lets us know we’re making a difference.

So my ask, if you’ve ever worked with a small business (not just mine!), take a moment to leave a review or share your feedback. Block some time weekly, fortnightly, or even monthly to do them for any businesses you have engaged with over that time.

Your words go further than you think and make a real impact in ways you might never see.
