When Hayley & Cam asked me if I wanted to marry them before their engagement-party-turned-reception, you bloody bet I was onboard.

From messaging online, hanging out at school events and giving each other the kind of nervous smiles that made teenage hearts skip a beat, to trolling all their friends and family and say PSYCHE WERE MARRIED (bar a few who got to witness the ceremony)… these two made their celebration their own, and ain’t that what it’s all about.

I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again: just because you’re having a smaller, more intimate ceremony doesn’t mean your ceremony has to be boring, slow, or lack feeling ✨

I am so bloody privileged to marry every couple I do, but when my celebrant-work-wife-turned-fabulous-friend asked me to marry her and her gorgeous now-husband, to say I was incredibly honoured would be the understatement of the year 🥹

Just us, their two witnesses, their beautiful son and the ever talented .light in their front yard, making their love official. Oh yeah, and some champers to celebrate.

Truly nothing better. 🥂

Some of my FAVOURITE moments from the past 2024/2025 season 🥹

Also the season of working through pregnancy sickness, aches and pains, slowly not fitting into any of my clothes and slightly going crazy 🤪

For reals though, 20 slides isn’t enough to express just how grateful I am to ALL the couples I married this past season and how freaking amazing this job really is ❤️

Now here’s to the next 🥂

Bit of a throwback, this one… but it needed a permanent spot on the feed ❤️

At the very beginning of my celebrant journey, D&A were the very first couple to give this very new celebrant a shot, and trust me to lead their ceremony.

While fate had it that they didn’t end up being my first ceremony, I credit these two beautiful humans with getting me started on this incredibly fulfilling and growing journey. Seriously the BEST JOB EVER.

And D&A, you know I love you both to the moon and back, too ❤️
