Weekly vases designed with the seasons best blooms. From planning ingredients to shopping the freshest arrivals and processing. Thursdays are spent at the work bench, starting with sparkly clean vessels, fresh clean water, designs are completed ready for installation on Fridays. Onsite before or after opening, fresh vases are placed according to your needs. Spent blooms, and vessels are removed, surfaces cleaned, rubbish removed, ready to return the following week with more beautiful seasonal flowers. If you’re in the throws of planning your wedding then you will know the overwhelm that can come with this. This weekends wedding was probably one of my favourites. From concept to install, Jaynaya was my perfect bride, super organised with a clear vision, but happy to afford the creative vision from designing the bouquets and wearables, to placement of feature pieces throughout the ceremony and reception. If you’re asking yourself is it worth working with a florist? Then I ask you to consider if waking up on your wedding day knowing your bouquets and wearables will be delivered, buttonholes placed if required, instructions shared on holding bouquets, and drying of the stems before photos, followed by arriving at your ceremony, to say I do! Your vision, your florist’s knowledge, skill, and weeks of careful planning, not just flower recipes and stems, but timelines, that allow for connection and calm. I hope this helps explain a little of why a florist can make a huge difference.
