Katelyn + Jack - 10.02.2024 🤍

When they first met in their later stages of high school, swim teaching at the same swim school, these two bonded over their love for the beach, Angus & Julius Stone and their goals to pursue teaching once they’d graduated… Jack would also kindly share a kit-kat with Katelyn after each of their shifts 🍫 Little did they know that some 13 years later, they’d be sharing much more than a regular cheeky choccy bar - but a home, a fur baby named Gracie, lots of fun and lifetime of adventures ahead of them!

🥂 Three years ago today I officiated my first wedding for two of my very special friends, at a very special venue

As I was a still awaiting my celebrancy registration to come through - the wonderful (who married my hubby and I at this very venue and someone who inspired me to become a celebrant!) stepped in to cover the legal aspects of the ceremony, whilst I got to stand alongside my mates, tell their story, celebrate them and help them to tie the knot!

What an epic three years it has been - and with every wedding I have the pleasure of officiating, I love this job even more 🥰

Olivia + Frazer - 05.09.2023 / 18.11.2023 🤍

These two had the wedding of their dreams in a very special part of the world to them - Uluwatu, Bali. Everything about their day (and wedding week) looked absolutely EPIC ✨

Then once they’d returned home, to make their marriage legally official, we met in the beautiful St Kilda Botanical Gardens with 8 of their nearest and dearest - including their beloved grandparents who couldn’t make it to their Bali wedding - and they tied-the-knot in the morning sun amongst the palm trees. Bliss.

This one was very special as I got to marry two of my beautiful friends! And their celebration was one of two parts…

Part A: a Friday afternoon intimate micro ceremony with their families. Romantic, lots of emotion and heartfelt personal vows.

Part B: a fun filled ceremony with lots of laughs followed by a dance floor that was absolutely pumping - Miff coordinated a band made up of their great (amateur) musician mates - and it was an absolute vibe!! 🎸
