My Beth and Rocco 🤍

These two are the definition of joy. From our first meeting, I knew instantly that they trusted me to bring their vision to life. Getting to know them and their story was an honour and we were able to fit in so many treasured moments into their ceremony (more on that soon). Their ceremony was full of laughs, tears and all the love!!!

From the dark days of lockdown, Beth and Rocco connected with their love of fitness. Early on into their relationship, they spent a Sunday on the couch for a movie day. When Beth asked Rocco what he would like to watch, his reply was simple. The Lizzie McGuire Movie.

Beth had to take a moment to process what he just said, and she knew then and there that Rocco was the man for her!!!

And just like the movie, some would say that Beth and Rocco's love is what dreams are made of 😂

A full insight to a BUSY Saturday!

Before we even get into the Saturday, hours of work were put in behind the scenes for the beautiful Will & Tash. We first met at the end of 2025 to go through every detail of their ceremony and made the perfect plan. I got to know them and their story in such detail to curate the best possible wedding story script for them! A few weeks ago, we had a rehearsal and went over every detail, even how the ring warming ceremony would look for them.

With forms, vows and scripts printed, speakers and microphones charged, were ready to get Will and Tash married!!!

9. Post ceremony form signing! Making sure everything is perfect as well as putting the marriage certificate and vows in a beautiful leather pouch for Tash and Will to keep.

From the days of lockdown, their online creativity brought them together by chance! Even the very first day they met, they knew that this was special and that they had met their forever. As the world slowly opened up, their love grew and grew. Almost six years later, they have the most beautiful and sweetest baby boy, are surrounded by the most loving families, and can't wait to continue building their life together!!

My Perry and Jess ❤️

Perry noticed Jess very early on at uni, doing everything he could just to spend some extra time with her..... even if that meant getting on a tram going the opposite direction of where he needed to go, just because he didn't want to stop talking to Jess. She finally noticed him too, and here we are!!!!

I had SO MUCH fun MCing for Perry and Jess! Beautiful families coming together, being pulled into the fantastic Greek dancing, an endless celebration and my gosh the bangers had me dancing all night too 😂😂

Here I am, baby celebrant Sez, about to conduct my first wedding ceremony at the end of 2021.

I don't know if you can tell, but i'm NERVOUS AS ALL HELL but so so excited. To put myself under even more pressure, my whole family and numerous friends were in attendance!

I did my very very best to prepare everything and to write a script that captured the couple and their yin and yang energy. I think I had a bit of imposter syndrome going on during the ceremony, but I remember the laughter, the love, and at one point I looked up to see my dad smiling at me and giving me a proud nod to keep going.

Since that day, I've grown exponentially and learnt so much about myself, my couples, and I know exactly what I can bring to a wedding and how to create the perfect ceremony for different people.

By being myself unapologetically and by having a love for weddings and people, I'm growing my little business into something I'm incredibly proud of. Im not just running a business. Im also creating lasting memories and making lifelong friends, arguably the biggest perk of this job.

This year, I was nominated for celebrant of the year, and 2026 is OFFICIALLY set to be the biggest year to date for Ceremonies by Sarah Ciurleo!!!

Here's to my couples who continually trust me, laugh with me, cry with me, and laugh with me again. I wouldn't be here without you.
