Your lesson on florals and sustainable practice begins at 10am and is then followed by a delicious farm to table lunch at Sault Restaurant. Dietaries can be accommodated.

On the 12 September (just over three weeks away), we are hosting a floral workshop to welcome Spring at the stunning Sault Restaurant.

I will be sharing what I know about sustainability in floristry alongside the design principles to keep in mind whilst designing flowers for your table. The flowers will be the best of what spring offers.

Afterwards, guests will be able to explore seasonality in their farm to table, 3 course meal (dietaries of course can be accommodated).

Sault feels like you have been transported to a French chateau and the grounds are just beautiful. Guests will have time to wander and enjoy the space.

Gorgeous summer scenes at Sault Restaurant with styling by the amazing SAID STUDIO | Event Styling & Draping.

For this scene we focused on creating depth with elements of texture. The overall feel was romantic, lavish and made me want to spend all afternoon dining among the flowers and scenes of Daylesford.

Lauren and Angus’ wedding was a dream.

The day was filled with moments intentional to L & A, as a couple. From the smoking ceremony, to personalised red packets, to a custom floral handbag. It was authentic, meaningful and beautiful.
