While everyone is busy celebrating with mooncakes and gathering with loved ones, Ms Baoz has been in the kitchen baking something a little different…

A little update from Ms Baoz 💙

October will be a little different as I’ll only be baking one Saturday for the month.

✨ Saturday, 17 October
📍 Pick up: Wantirna or Doncaster
⏰ 11am

The other October dates have been fully booked for special occasions and events, so there won’t be any additional regular bake dates this month.

Thank you so much for keeping Ms Baoz busy — every order, event and celebration means so much to my little one-woman bakery. 🥹

November will be back to regular Saturday baking, (unless booked out too ) so I’ll see you then!

As always, everything is handcrafted in small batches with lots of love ✨

Yesterday reminded me why I love what I do. 🥹

Some of these beautiful families have been with Ms Baoz since their first baby… and now, I’m here again celebrating their second.

Another family, from catering for their grandson to now granddaughter.

It feels like we’ve grown together, one little celebration at a time.

So grateful to be part of these precious moments, and to see this little business slowly bloom. 🌸

Every Siew Bao is handmade, so no two are exactly the same.

Some bloom nicely, some crack a little, some pleats are prettier, and some become juicy little volcanoes. That’s the beauty of handcrafted baking—each bao has its own character, but every one is made with the same care and love.

This week’s MasterChef Australia episode featuring Poh’s pressure test, had me reminiscing about the snacks I grew up with too. It inspired me to create a nostalgic assortment of these favourite baked treats.

The afternoon tea box ($38) will be available this August. Limited boxes released each bake date. Pre-order now to avoid missing out.
