I love red beans! 🫘 Growing up eating red bean steam buns for breakfast. Imagining, soft fluffy bun with pipping hot filling that burnt the roof of your mouth or tossing the bun between both hands as too hot to handle. Yes that’s right! That dangerously addictive “Dou sha bao” 豆沙包.

Another fond memory, “Hodukwaja” It’s a popular Korean street snack! Walnut-shaped baked confection with red bean paste filling. A must have as the perfect snack for long road trips.

Combining childhood nostalgia and K-food, inspired the creation of this new limited edition red bean pastry with walnuts encased in flaky buttery layers. Have you tried yet?
