VENUE SETUP PART 2 | HALF-SEATED, HALF-COCKTAIL

Same space, a completely different way to celebrate.

This time, we’ve configured our space for a mixed-style event, seating 60 guests, with the rest of the venue left open for cocktails, dancing and everything in between.

A fully seated section for dinner, cocktail tables surrounding the bar, space for catering, DJ, and of course, plenty of room for the dance floor.

The beauty of a blank canvas is that there’s no one way to use it. Every table can move, every section can change, and the entire space can be configured around the kind of event you’re creating.

Last time, we showed you fully seated. This time, a little bit of both.

Another day another setup…

Today we have brought our round tables out, to show you how these can be utilised for a 90-100 fully seated event! We have featured catering options, bridal table options and even displayed how our outdoor mobile bar can be used indoors, for a DJ or dessert space! Stay tuned for part two where we use a similar set-up for a half seated and half cocktail event!

EP 1: HOW TO CONFIGURE YOUR EVENT

The beauty of a blank canvas venue means there are endless possibilities… but we know sometimes that can make it a little harder to picture where to begin.

So, we’re helping you visualise it!!

This week, we transformed Vita Events into three different configurations using our rectangle tables! Each designed with larger, fully seated celebrations in mind.

These are just three of the many ways our space can be configured. Every event is different, and our space is designed to adapt with you, your guest numbers and the way you want your celebration to feel.

All these configurations shown are fully customisable!

Each week we’ll be showing you different configurations for all types of events, whether that’s cocktail, mixed seating, etc!

We have the option of rectangle and round tables to play around with so STAY TUNED!

If you have a configuration you’d love to see, comment it below and we might create it next.
