Our Hearts Are With Bondi 💔
We are deeply shocked and saddened by the tragic attack at Bondi. Our thoughts, prayers, and heartfelt condolences go out to the victims, their families, and everyone affected by this senseless act of violence.
We also wish to acknowledge and honour the incredible bravery of the individual who risked his own life to stop the attacker and help save others. His courage in the face of danger reminds us that humanity, compassion, and selflessness still shine even in the darkest moments.
At times like these, it is important to reflect and not allow hatred or division to grow.
Evil has no religion.
And neither does courage.
As has been widely reported, both the attacker and the person who intervened came from the same faith background — a powerful reminder that no religion defines violence, just as no religion has a monopoly on goodness. People do.
Let us stand united against violence, reject hate in all its forms, and continue to uphold the values that truly matter — respect, empathy, and humanity.
