An elegant evening at the Hayden Orpheum Picture Palace, where we had the pleasure of catering for 360 Underwriting Solutions’ Awards Night Cocktail Event. 🍸✨

Guests were welcomed with a premium seafood buffet — freshly shucked Sydney rock oysters, sustainable king prawns, and a selection of handcrafted canapés, followed by miniature wagyu beef burgers to finish the night on a high note. 🦪🍤🍔
