An elevated cocktail event at Rokt HQ in Surry Hills, spanning two levels and transitioning seamlessly from arrival grazing to rooftop canapés.

Guests were welcomed with an abundant grazing station featuring charcuterie, antipasto, artisan breads, cheeses, and cured salmon before moving upstairs for an evening of circulating canapés. The rooftop cocktail menu showcased favourites such as wagyu beef burgers, Peking duck pancakes, seared salmon, lamb shank pies, and vegan-friendly bites — thoughtfully curated to suit a wide range of dietary requirements.

A dynamic, high-energy event delivered across multiple spaces, combining great food, smooth service, and a vibrant rooftop atmosphere. 🥂✨

We loved catering this Private Christmas Party in Arncliffe, delivering a relaxed cocktail-style celebration in the comfort of home. Guests enjoyed a seasonal menu of canapés including seared yellowfin tuna, king prawns, Vietnamese rice paper rolls, and mushroom walnut baklava, alongside generous cheese and antipasto boards.

Handcrafted Negronis set the tone for the afternoon, with our mixologist keeping the cocktails flowing while guests enjoyed a laid-back balcony setting and great company. A perfect way to wrap up the festive season 🥂🍸🎉

Guests were welcomed with a refined cocktail menu featuring seared salmon with wasabi avocado, Vietnamese rice paper rolls, mushroom walnut baklava, and a range of dietary-friendly canapés, paired with premium wines and beverages — all served ahead of this year’s public lecture
