Despite losing the Ref mid-match, B-Lars managed to stop Syd Parker from sinking his claws into the Nightfall Heavyweight Championship.

With the Jurassic Punk resorting to low blows and questionable tactics, things looked bleak for the High-flying Hungarian. But his luck changed and thankfully he was able to walk out as the retaining Champion, defending Hilly Monroe's honour after Syd spat his toxic green Primordial Ooze at her earlier in the night.

Taking this as an insult of the greatest degree, Syd has demanded a rematch, but this time on his terms.

Benny ‘the back rower’ - Pro Wrestler is a wrestler based within the Suplex - Professional Wrestling federation. Nightfall has been lucky enough to have played host to Benny on a range of occaisions.

At a show in NSW last month, Benny sustained a career-ending injury when he suffered a fracture of his C5 vertebrae during a match.

After being flown to Newcastle, he underwent neck-fusion surgery and is currently on the long and painful road to recovery.

Once again we remind our fans and patrons that while our wrestlers might make what we do look easy, please remember that there is a lot of risk involved. We implore you not to try what you see at home or without the proper training.

Nightfall is honoured to announce that $5 from every ticket sold for Reality Check will go to Benny to help cover the costs of his medical treatment and resulting hospital stay.

Once again we wish to thank everyone who came and watched the show, those who reached out to pass on well-wishes and Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) for their prompt response.

It just goes to show that even for trained professionals, sometimes accidents can happen. Please do not try this at home.

Renegade is arguably one of Brisbane's most well-known wrestlers, and we all know there is no-one like him. With a career that others would be envious of, he has seen both the ups and the downs of the wrestling world and come out even stronger for it.

Jaxon Cross is a new face within the Nightfall locker room, and he has seen more than his fair share of controversy inside the ring. Hailing from the land of the Long White Cloud, we look forward to seeing what amazing talents Cross has to share with us all.

JL Gold is finally returning! A former Heavyweight Champion turned TV commercial superstar, Gold is back to start his quest for that Nightfall win once more. With a face worthy of your tv screens, can the former golden child return to his position at the top of the ladder?

YEET Stevens is a newly-crowned UPW Tag Team Champion who wants to keep that winning momentum going with a victory of his own, so he's throwing his preverbial hat in the ring at Nightfall. Can this Rhodes Wrestling Academy graduate harness his skills and knowledge to knock down his opponents and propel himself to the top?
