We’re hitting pause for now! ⏸️ Our doors are temporarily closed until further notice, but this isn’t the end. Paolo and I are beyond grateful for all the love and support from our amazing community, and we can’t wait to welcome both our regulars and new faces should we return!

If you have visited the capital of Sicily - Palermo, you know how popular this simple but delicious panino is as a quick street food meal!

What is it called??

“PANINO PANELLE E CROCCHÈ”

A soft sesame bun filled with golden crispy chickpeas and parsley fritters, and crunchy with a creamy centre potatoes croquettes and mint. Finished off with freshly squeezed lemon juice! 🍋

Like one more than the other? Not a problem!

Exactly like in the streets of Palermo, you’ll have the choice of one filling - “panino e panelle” or “panino e crocchè”!
