When we said the 2026 program was full of unmissable chef talent... we meant it! Meet your 2026 Tastemakers 💥

We are thrilled to be hosting renowned national chefs Jo Barrett (The Age Good Food Guide’s 2024 Chef of the Year and World’s 50 Next - Pioneer) and Guy Turland (Bondi Harvest), as well as international chef & restaurant develeloper Will Meyrick (Mama San, Hujan Locale, Honey & Smoke, Billy Ho & Buzo - Bali).

Perth favourites Jacob D'Vauz (Special Delivery & Magnolia), Paul Bentley (Casa), Melissa Palinkas (Young George) and Luke Foyle (Juanita's) are joined by visiting South West talent Evan Hayter (de'sendent), Corey Rozario (Dahl Daddys), Paul Iskov (Fervor) and beloved Great Southern chefs Amy Hamilton (Liberté) and Shane Vermaak (Majuba Bistro).

A little something we’ve been working on, that we’re so excited about! Taste Great Southern 2026 tickets are on sale now! 🌊🍷

This year’s line-up caters to every taste; from high-end canapes and sparkling overlooking the Southern Ocean, hiking the Porongurups and refuelling with a gourmet lunch, exploring Denmark’s iconic wineries on a hop-on hop-off bus adventure to sampling some of the region’s top drops all in one spot.
