We’re beyond excited to share with you that we’re on the delivery team for a new, world-class wine and food celebration to be set in the stunning Margaret River region, scheduled for this 14-17 November! Introducing you to Pair’d: an immersive journey of exploration and indulgence 🍷. It’s the coming together of expected and unexpected pairings unique to the South West, where adventure and luxury meet.

We are excited to be working alongside Mellen Events and We Are Gather to bring this festival to life and can’t wait to share with you the exciting program of events in coming months.

When we say that Subi Spritz is a culinary journey through the Mediterranean, this is what we mean. Day after day we’ve been indulging in Spanish-style tapas, gourmet degustation menus, homemade pasta, grazing platters, Conti rolls, and so much more, all across Subiaco. Here’s a little visual (and mouth-watering) recap.
