From Labubu with LOVE 🤍

It was my first time receiving wedding rings from a certified Labubu but it was just one of the fabulous and unique parts of Cindy and Nardo’s ceremony.

Watsons Bay turned it on for a glorious Saturday morning ceremony before lunch at Dunbar House.

We had a professional witness in Bobo the pug X jack russel and wonderful parents to give their blessings.

From Wales to Manly Beach 🏖️

About 18 months ago, the beautiful Cara reached out to me from Wales to book hers and Mark’s ceremony on Manly Beach.

And when they finally arrived on their Australasian tour, the heavens opened and left most of the east coast SOGGY AF.

The plan was simple: meet on Manly Beach at 3pm on a Thursday and cross our fingers that the weather would hold.

So there we met, Cara and Mark dressed to the gorgeous nines and me in gum boots 🤣 surrounded by their closest friends and family who had followed them all the way to Australia (they promised it wasn’t JUST for the Lions 🤣)

They said I do in the 10 minutes of sunshine we had to offer and then celebrated as icons do at The Steyne.

Jacinta and Justin’s love story began as all good stories do… with tacos and tequila.

It only made sense that their wedding menu would include not just a taco station, but a pasta station and other incredible eats for their guests to enjoy.

What an absolute delight marrying these two… first arriving like George and Amal by Italian boat to the wharf and cheering with their favourite people into the night.

Kate & Kane 🤍

Their chemistry and connection is undeniable but their love is quiet and low key. Kane asked Kate to marry him 7 or 8 times before she actually agreed. He even proposed to her at Bunnings one day.

But it was after Kate had found a beautiful ring she loved that Kane continued his thoughts about how to make the proposal extra special - Bunnings just wasn’t going to cut it. So instead, he jumped out into the hallway one night and surprised Kate who was on her way to showcase the new stick insect she had found in the garden that day.

Absolutely loved marrying these two gorgeous people on the 21st night of September… 🎶

Mr + Mrs Maciejowski 🤍

Josie and I first met at our weekly pottery class where we showed up in our finest drab clothes and got messy with clay.

After some time, we both turned up to class with brand new diamonds on our hands feeling pretty chuffed and so the pottery wedding planning began…

Except Josie is a VERY gifted potter which was shown in the 110 handcrafted pieces she made for every guest at her wedding on Friday (check her out ✨)

Josie and Jacob are THAT couple who have an effervescent energy of love radiating off them. I adored marrying these two on a perfect September spring day surrounded by their favourite people.

Only made better by a wedding dream team like 🤍

Now Marie and Dave were my second ever couple who have met on what I would call quite a niche dating app called Coffee Meets Bagel.

There were no coffees or bagels involved on their first date because Dave chose a venue that encompassed everything that he loved best - live music and a record store rolled into one.

Dave arrived and was seduced by the record store first texting Marie that he had in fact arrived but was checking out some records.

However, Marie had already arrived and was waiting downstairs at the bar with no phone reception and therefore missed Dave’s message.

Frustrated that Dave was late or worse not coming, Marie was preparing to pack up her things and leave when Dave ran into the bar.

He feels forever lucky that he caught her just in time before she could have walked out of his life forever.

But it was not to be because soon they were chatting and getting on like a house on fire.

Drinks turned to dinners and about 6 months later on a freezing cold night at Via Napoli huddling under a broken gas heater and waiting for the perfect pizza, both Marie and Dave realised that they had found the person they were meant to love and spend their lives with.

And the bride wore red ❤

Marina - a woman after my own heart choosing to surprise Hugo in the most gorgeous red dress I have ever seen.

These two were married with their closest family and friends at Bellevue Cottage followed by an intimate lunch. They then partied the night away later on with their friends booking out a bar in the CBD.

There are so many different ways to celebrate your wedding day and I LOVED this version.

There is NOTHING I love more than a harbour side wedding. It's even better if the sky is as blue as it was for Shae and Keith.

The ice queens are officially melting and the sun is out. Spring wedding season is among us.

I'm excited to say that the majority of my September weddings are harbour side (lucky me!) but if you're engaged and wanting to pick a glorious waterview ceremony spot, give me a shout... I have the inside scoop 😍
