Why hire a Caterer? ....

Why not?

When planning an event, you need to think of so many different aspects to create the perfect celebration.
What theme will you go with?
Will you have enough beverages?
What food will you provide?
How long will it take to prep?
Who will put things in the oven, chop carrot sticks all afternoon on your day of celebration?
Who will serve the food?
What layout do I set up the seating areas, food & beverages?
How will I fit all this prep into ONE DAY?

I take the stress out of all of it. As young as I am (hehe) this isn't my first rodeo! I have the experience in catering for nearly every event you could think of along with the calm cool manor to keep everything under control with mass numbers. Hiring a caterer like myself is a way to guarantee your evening will be stress free so you can truly enjoy yourself.
