This Sunday, 18 October 7am - 2:30pm we welcome Hunter Valley Finch Club Inc Bird Expo at Maitland Showground. Entry is $3 per adult (children under 12 are free), entry is via Evans Street gate and located in the McDonald and Willard Pavilions with on site free parking.

This event is a venue hire and run and managed by the Finch Club.

Total Fire Ban in place, campers are advised not to light any fires while camping with us at Maitland Showground during the coming months at all.

We appricate your understanding on this matter.

A Total Fire Ban is in place today for the Hunter Region due to hot, dry and windy conditions.

South Maitland
(Use Anzac Street gates for entry)

Set up is allowed from 12 noon Saturday, 10 October, Saturday night camping fee for stallholders is $25 per site (additional to vendor site fee)

Catering truck open Saturday night from 5pm to 8pm with hot meals.

Open again Sunday morning from 5am for the duration of swap meet.

GENERAL PUBLIC Gates open on Sunday 11 October from 6am to 3pm.

Vendor Site Fees $25 (admits 2 persons)
CASH ONLY AT THE GATE no card facilities
Sites approx 6 x 6m - no reservations will be taken.

Buyers/Lookers $5 each entry CASH ONLY AT GATE

Gates open at 6am for stallholder setup.
