MEET YOUR PLANNER 🖤

With a new year & new followers, I thought I would take the time for a reintroduction.

I’m Alex, the Owner & Planner of Wild Rose Events.

I started this wonderful journey into the wedding world nearly six years ago, and I can honestly say there’s nothing I would rather be doing than planning & coordinating dreamy weddings & events.

My days are spent fuelled with coffee, drafting up the perfect run sheet for my couples & chasing after my 9 month old, who is usually chasing after our beautiful dachshund.

With what was an exciting 2025 with lots of change, welcoming our little boy Vinnie into the world, and finishing the year with the most beautiful weddings, we are back in full planning mode for 2026.

My approach to planning your day is simple, the planning process should be just as enjoyable as the day itself.

I’m beyond grateful for my couples trusting me with their dream days.

Shanice & Jacob 🖤

They say you attract your people, and Shanice & Jake are rays of sunshine in human form.

We hit it off from the initial zoom meeting, which of course included the main star of the show, Frankie the Sauso.

Their day was set at the beautiful Peterson House (a hot favourite of ours). With the down of a shot to seal the deal, a shoey to toast, and a killer dance floor, Shanice and Jake danced the night away with their nearest and dearest.

It was an honour to coordinate this beautiful day alongside an incredible vendor team.

Lydia & Aras 🖤

A day for the memory book.

When Lydia and Aras slid into my emails from the other side of the world in a beautiful part of the UK, I knew I had to be a part of their special day.

Their quirky charm & sense of humour, we hit it off instantly, with our shared love for our doggos (mainly how crazy our sausage dogs are).

Set in the beautiful grounds of Spicers Vineyard Estate with an intimate group of their closest friends and family they wined, dined and danced the night away.

It was an honour to plan & coordinate this stunning day alongside an elite vendor team.

MATERNITY LEAVE 💚👶🏻✨

As you all may know, I’m due to give birth to my little one very soon! I’m now officially on Maternity leave and will be taking extended leave over the next few months and returning to weddings in September.

Please bare with me with any new enquiries/existing couples as I embark on this new journey of motherhood, I see your emails, and we will get back to them as soon as we can.
