Celebrations by Chee Chee Pearsall is a Northern Rivers civil celebrant and the heart behind Celebrations by Chee.

Known for her warm, elegant style, she believes ceremonies aren’t about performing love — but holding space for it.

“We almost activated Plan B… but the sky had other plans“. was unpredictable.
Rain was circling.
Everything pointed to moving the ceremony.

So we made the call —
packed up, relocated, reset…

And then… ☀️
the sky opened up like this.

This is what weddings teach you:

It’s not about controlling the day.
It’s about holding steady when it’s uncertain.

Because sometimes…
when you trust the process just enough…

✨ magic shows up right on time.

So grateful for a couple who trusted the call,
and a team (and family!) who jumped in and made it happen.

And THIS was the result 💫.

love shows up.

Rain on the river.
Crocs on every feet
Shania Twain in the background.

And Lucy & Hayden saying “I do” in my backyard.

We drank rosé by the water, fed the ducks and chickens, spotted dolphins… and when the rain came, we danced under the house.

Three beautiful kids.
A blended family.
Two people choosing each other — in this life and all the nexts.

What an honour it was to marry you both on 27 February.

This is what love looks like.
Real. Joyful. Unbothered by the weather. 💫

✨ Kym & Tony — From Ubud to Yamba, Love Made Legal! ✨

A year ago, Kym & Tony celebrated their love in magical Ubud — surrounded by lush gardens, laughter, and the warm buzz of Bali air. 🌿💫

Fast forward to Thursday, October 2, in beautiful Yamba — and these two made it official! 💍
Same love, same sparkle — just with the paperwork signed, sealed, and witnessed by their favourite people.

It was heartfelt, easy, and full of joy — a perfect reflection of who they are together. 💛
