Our Story

Hi! I’m a Mackay based photographer shooting weddings, couples and families.

I started my business Cullen Collection on the Sunshine Coast in 2013, starting with press photography and journalism before moving on to wedding photography. Moving to Mackay in May 2018, I continued shoot for couples on their wedding day in Mackay and the Whitsundays. My images are documentary style, drawing on my start in journalism. They aim to tell a story and feature natural colours. I love environmental portraits but enjoy capturing the details too. The couples who’ve booked with me say they appreciate this unique style and the overall feeling of my images, something that’s developed over years of practice. While I’m lucky to have incredible landscapes and venues for wedding photography here I also offer destination wedding packages too.
