And it's simpler than you think. The main thing: in Australia you lodge one form (a Notice of Intended Marriage) at least one month and one day before your date. We handle all of it with you. Here's the legal bit, explained without the jargon:

Here's a secret the rest of Australia doesn't talk about enough ☀️ Winter is the most beautiful time to elope up here. Clear skies (mostly), soft golden light, no humidity, and beaches all to yourselves. While everyone down south is rugging up, you could be saying "I do" barefoot in the sun. Winter dates are open now — and they're some of our favourites. 🤍

🤍 Happy 1 Week Anniversary to N+N 🤍

When the rain rolled in and our Lamberts Beach ceremony needed a last-minute Plan B, Seabreeze Hotel had our backs. Huge thanks to the team for stepping in and giving our couple a dedicated undercover spot so the “I do’s” could still happen close-by.
