This day was just gorgeous!
You could just tell there was nothing else that mattered a part from them getting to marry their best friend surrounded by their favourite people & turning it into one hell of a party to celebrate!

Canapés for cocktail hour🍾
🍻Smoked brisket slider w chipotle southwest sauce and house slaw.
🥂Chinese style griled pork belly skewers
🍻Tempura whiting on a tortilla with pickled cucumber and kewpie mayo
🥂Satay chicken skewers w authentic satay sauce

Then a two course alternate drop -
Entreè’s
🍻Truffle and pecorio arancini with beetroot cream
🥂Heirloom tomato, thyme and balsamic onion galette, rocket pesto and feta crumble

Main’s
🍻Herbed chicken breast, rustic leek and potato galete, balsamic roasted baby carrots
🥂Braised beef rib, celeriac mash, sauteed greens and rich house barbeque bordelaise sauce

Followed by wedding cake made by a close friend of the newly weds who flew in a few days prior 🍰

What a huge year!! 🎉

We are grateful to Football Queensland for having us run the canteen again this year & we have been lucky enough to be the first field signage partner at Mackay Football Park.

From the shed built just for the wedding to the beautifully landscaped ‘top of the hill’ where the ceremony was held that you couldn’t even drive up to a few months prior, this wedding was amazing!

The decor, the band, the food (more to come on that), the guests & the fireworks were all just top tier!

We loved every minute of it & can’t wait to share the menu with you all🤤

We’re kicking this weekend off with a Saturday Wedding at📍Note Park Grazing Co.
Then you’ll catch us at 📍Harrup Park Sunday through to Wednesday for the Cricket 🏏

We’ll be parked on Lamb Street side of the field & serving out of the truck, so when you get up to stretch your legs, come see us for something delicious off our cricket menu!🤤
