Today we had lofty goals to back it up tonight after a 500 person lunch for a business in town😬🤣.

Sorry Thursday team, we are deep cleaning the trailer, taking in 2 pallet delivery, and getting ready for usual Friday service, wedding and event hire saturday, and trying to get some sleep.

Big thanks to Dowdens Group for choosing Apulai to cater their Annual Cricket match, and working with us to get to our next gig on time!

Congrats to Victoria Park State School for an epic event, and for letting us bump in late so we could join in the 100th celebration fun!

Thanks to Joe from Note Park Grazing Co for ensuring the cannoli were safe stored until the gorgeous couple Jorga Graham could enjoy cannoli with their wedding guests for dessert!

Another big week ahead with a 500 person event, weddings, roadside, barista interviews, menu designs, and church renos!
